Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Finance from the Universidad de Los Andes. She has broad experience in management positions with corporate groups from diverse business sectors. She has experience managing Corporate Departments, Internal Control as well as managing Financial Planning and New Business units. She also has experience in the management of Shared Services Centers. She has developed comprehensive experience and a strategic vision in the areas of Administration and Finance, Human Resources, and Information Systems. She has been a permanent member of management and audit committees of various companies actively participating in the strategic and operational planning of these companies. She has experience in the valuation of companies to be acquired, sold, or merged. She is a global strategic thinker with the capacity to create, develop, and implement strategies to be applied on diverse organizational matters.​

RS CORP S.A.S. (Shared Service Center for companies of German Efromovich) 2012 - 2018​
Manager of the Group Shared Services Unit. She was the leader of the Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, IT, SAP, Services & Productivity, Human Resources, and Administration services. She was in charge of all the Financial and administrative services for the organization’s 14 business units. She participated on the monthly advisory boards of each business unit reviewing their results and discussing forecasts and their follow-up plans. She led a group of 70 people, 8 direct report managers and 62 operational positions. She was a member of the Corporate Committee where the results generated by the business units and the organization are constantly evaluated and valuations of the companies are done for acquisition, sale, or merger processes.
Jhon has a professional degree in Public Accountancy from Universidad Santo Tomas. He is Global MBA from Thunderbird (Arizona, US) and Master of Finance from Tulane University (US). He counts with a certification of IFRS from Universidad Extern ado de Colombia, and it is currently student of Software engineering from Politécnico Grancolombiano. ​

He counts with 26 years’ experience on several areas and responsibilities, counting External and Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, IT, Accounting and Quality experience. He started his professional career in Arthur Andersen as External auditor, worked for KPMG Internal Audit advisory services and he has worked for multinational and multi-Latina companies in Latin America as part of the corporate services. His most recent position was Audit VP for HJDK / Synergy group in Colombia. ​

His sector experience has been focus on agro-business; services industry; banking and finance; Oil and gas; hospitality services and industrial and retail sales. Jhon counts with 9 years’ experience as Vice-president of Audit and Risk management and 3 years as independent advisor on Finance and Risk management matters.​

He has worked on several countries in Latin America, the US and Europe and lived in Central America, North America and Colombia.

Public Accountant of the Piloto University of Colombia and specialist in Forensic Auditing of the Externado de Colombia University.

She has more than 10 years of professional experience in financial audits and tax audits, consultancy in diagnostic processes and implementation of IFRS, conversion of financial statements, supervision and implementation of accounting processes and consolidation for multinational companies in the manufacturing and services industries. With Deloitte, in September 2012, Yadira completed more than 6 years of professional experience.

Among the works carried out include: Planning, execution and supervision of financial and fiscal audits, preparation and conversion of financial statements in accordance with IFRS - IFRS, leader in accounting processes, previously agreed procedures and diagnosis and implementation of IFRS - IFRS.
Some of the companies where she has developed the aforementioned works are Bodytech, Kokorico, Biotoscana, Colfrigos, Industrial Packaging of Colombia and Grupo Industria Ambiental.
